The Operator of this Platform respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), the Operator has adopted the following policy regarding copyright infringement.

This Platform operates as a user-generated content (UGC) service hosting synthetic, AI-generated content uploaded by its users. The Operator does not create, upload, or control user content and acts solely as a technical intermediary.

If you believe that any content available on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. The notice must include: (i) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; (ii) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (iii) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Platform; (iv) your contact information; (v) a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (vi) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

If you believe that content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

The Operator reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with applicable law.
